Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising many small amounts of money from a large number of people, typically via the Internet.

Why Seedrs?

Seerds is a crowdfunding platform that allows to invest in companies in exchange for equity. In exchange for the investment you get a portion of our company. Aseptium is not about one product or solution but about something much bigger and we want our investors to join us for the journey.

Why are we seeking investment?

So far we have been operating based on our founders savings, consulting and several early stage proof of concept grants. We have developed several prototypes of our Adaptive No-Recirculation Technology and filed a patent application and presented the technology at several shows and conferences (Medica, Dusseldorf in November 2015 and CMEF Shanghai April 2016). Now we have reached a point where we need your investment bring our technologies to the market.

Aseptium is creating an ecosystem of Products and Services evolving around complex instruments cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation technologies. USonic line of complex instrument washers will be the core offering together with a range of ancillary devices and accessories like instrument baskets and holders, chemical dosing systems etc. We will also provide cleaning and water conditioning chemistry for the uSonic as well as process challenge devices for routine performance monitoring and process evaluation.

Thanks to the uSonic’s unique control system we will offer our distributors online monitoring and a telepresence system which will allow to significantly reduce the costs of service and maintenance.

We will also deliver a comprehensive technical training and educational programmes through the network of Aseptium Centres of Excellence.

Our team was put together to combine engineering and scientific expertise with business experience and international networks of contacts, especially in Europe and Asia. Behind Aseptium’s team stand an established vast network of suppliers, subcotnractors, professionals and academics.
